Through the generosity and support from CTBC Financial Holding, CTBC Business School is able to sponsor 45 students annually for overseas summer study to partner schools.

The audition for this sponsorship has become one of the biggest events to CTBC sophomore, and students were all looking forward to the group interview conducted on January 7 this year. The International Affairs and Accreditation Center (IAA) was grateful for the five faculty to serve as panel judges to select 45 talented scholarship recipients.

In the beginning of 2019 fall semester, the IAA had held an introductory session to explain application including eligibility, supporting documents, and how students will be reviewed upon their academic performance, on-campus and extracurricular activities, professional certificates, and language proficiency.

On the day of the interview, it was clear many students came with well preparation, and determination to win the opportunity, and everyone had properly groomed themselves to offer a good first impression to the judges.

Based on development with our partner schools in Asia these years, CTBC is sending two groups to Thailand and China in June. The IAA will continue looking for different partners as ideal destination for future overseas study.

Each candidate made an all-out effort to win the full sponsorship.
